We've certainly all been there, and have all felt exactly what you felt last night. Keep your chin up, try not to pity yourself. I don't know what stage of life you're at, but I'm in my 40's and I saw another fellow in his 50's here. It can suck, but don't accept your own self-doubt. You can fucking do this.
