Would be interested in a professional speech therapists observations regarding Joe Biden's stutter Frequently, Joe Biden's speech sounds slurred, as if he were intoxicated with alcohol. Clearly, that is not the case. Instead, it sounds to me like he is sliding over blocks. In fact, I have heard him stuck on a block only once. The frequency with which he slurs his speech, though, indicates that he stutters a lot, much more than he admits to. Ya gotta hand it to the guy.
