modulation and fast speaking problem

modulation and fast speaking problem I had speaking speed and modulation problems. I talked very fast and modulated poorly, im guessing because of my stutter, like i wanted to say the thing fast and get out of the talking situation maybe?. The fast speaking thing i think i've fixed that, like, just talking slower or more calmed, but when im not too concentrated I modulate poorly. Are there any excersises I can do to modulate better? Some people have told me to modulate the words alot, but i feel really stupid that way.
