Yeah I generally feel the same way about job interviews and job applications. There are potentially hundreds upon hundreds of applicants many of whom I imagine will not have a stutter. The vast majority of those applicants, in fact almost all of them depending on the number of vacancies will be rejected. I always like to keep that in mind. For any job posting there are limited vacancies and hundreds if not thousands of applicants. And of those collection of applicants one or more individuals are selected for employment. It is truly a somewhat random process albeit darwinian and sprinkled with luck. The law of large numbers applies in most submissions. Unless you're one of those super talented folks who are headhunted.
