Single by choice, so I don't even bother to care really. The struggle is when it comes to regular friendships as my stutter makes me a bit too quiet for the liking of other people, you just know in advance when a certain word will be a struggle. My main strategy is usually to come up with alternative similar words that basically means the same thing, or to just skip the initial sound of a word.
