You are your own biggest enemy in this. When we are in "high pressured" situations like a job interview we put way too much value into trying to be fluent. The interviewer wants to see that you're human and and understand/learn/be co-operative/listen etc. The fact that you stutter sometimes is literally just a little addition to your awesome personality. It's only a negative if you see it that way. I think it's awesome when someone can rock there stutter with confidence, show them that side of you. You can give the same value regardless if you stutter or not. Show them what you got
