I found peace by working with my hands. My stutter is on the milder side because I developed various strategies to help me seem more fluent than I actually am. I know exactly how it feels though. You're not the only one. Still sucks but at least you don't have to live life thinking you're the only person going through this. Everyone has their personal battles and one battle isn't necessarily more difficult than the next. It's all about perspective and seeing both sides. Stay humble, open and willing to learn something new everyday. Focus on the things you can control and accept for what it is, the things you can't. I don't allow my stutter to silence me. I'm very outspoken when I need to be but I choose what I put my energy into. Complaining about not being able to do anything because you have a stutter is a lot of energy wasn't on negative b.s. instead put that energy into things you enjoy. That makes you happy. Life's too short as it is to be bitching about shit you can't ultimately control. Idk... Hope this little ramble helps you. Surprisingly, it's helped me practice more of what I preach. 🤙
