Also dude you're only 19. Frontal lobes doesn't finish develop until 25. For some people not until 30. Frontal lobes play a part in speech production. Specifically the Brocas area. So your stuttering severity might lessen with age or even go away completely. Thats a trend I've seen in this subreddit. Also true for me. Within the past 2 years I've noticed it. I'm 28 now. I have ADHD as well so my frontal lobes will prob finish developing by early 30s. I used to stomp my feet to get words out when I was preteens. Now not so much and my blocks are so prolonged. So don't lose hope. And start incorporating some form of self-therapy like reading out loud or speech sound stimulability exercises. If you don't find ways use your voice (ie. singing or reading) then it'll deteriorate and you're blocks will only get worse or stay the same.
