Great analysis. It is important to see the trigger factor not only as negative but as a whole. Negative, positive or neutral are just labels. Negative emotions are percieve as negative because of the shitty feelings associated. Positive is the other way around. But they are both side of the same coin. Sometimes is logical to escape from the negative ones but the positives could be contribuying to the same degree to the stuttering mindset. It is important to notice. Like you said; I see the problem with viewing ourself as person who stutters. Is the identification that creates the behaviour. If we associate our sense of self; our identity; the very question of who we are with being a stutter, we unconsciously try to become that though. After all that is who we are. In this context, "stutter proudly" is only ensuring your stuttering mindset, so your blocking behaviour. We have to change our very definition. The way we see the world. The way we look at ourself. *P.S: I don´t have anything against stuttering proudly. I´m not saying is bad either. It is just my opinion on this particular context and point of view.*
