I'm late replying to some of these comments but just wanted to say thanks, and I find your advice helpful. It is easy to fall into an "all or nothing" mentality. Many of us grew up imagining that one day our stutter would magically disappear, and then our real lives could begin. But for that vast majority that's not the case. It has to be more about self-acceptance and just continuing to chip away at it. And accept that we'll still have good days and bad days. I need to commit to working on it at least one day a week, even if I don't feel like it. Best of luck to you.
