I have offsiders at work so I have to speak to people and use my phone a lot. I just find if I just power through my speech and don't avoid things it gets alot easier with time. People know I stutter but they know I'm OK with it so they are OK with it. I've said this in here alot now but I 100% believe 99 percent of people's problem with someone who stutters is they can see how much it affects the stutterer. Of I'm OK with my stutter generally everyone else is too. 1% of people are just assholes though. But everyone else can see that.
