I am not an engineer but I did complete my masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and what helped me was disclosing my stutter and the place where I completed my masters practicum hired me after graduation because they knew how hard I worked. THEY DID NOT CARE if I stuttered while speaking to HR reps, city engineers, city lawyers or union members. JUST DO IT ! You have such POWER within you that you have no idea of. Once you tap into it, you'll be ready for anything!!! Good luck my friend!
