Customer Experience okay i work at a fast food restaurant that had a drive thru, this means i have to talk to customers through a headset. the fast pace of this restaurant and pressure to take an order quickly makes me stutter SO much, way more than i normally do. i don’t know what is it about these customers but it’s where i endure the most of the insults for my stutter (at least twice every shift) and every. single. one. of. them. is. a karen. I was just wondering if anyone else noticed a peak in aggression about stutters from angry karen’s??
