Text to Speech over Mobile Phone

Text to Speech over Mobile Phone Is there any app available for text to speech over the phone? I have made a prototype for PC integrates Google Voice and Google's Text to Speech that actually works pretty well. But the speech rendering is just too slow and the voice is pretty robotic. Are there any phone apps that can do this? If not, would there be interest in developing this?
