Yeah, like I get that it’s a fear but if you know the general market wages for your profession you should be looking for other jobs if you’re under paid. Or move into a profession where a speech problem is less of an issue... I understand it’s a struggle but marking disability should really depend on how bad your stutter is during work. If it’s really bad, marking disability is just the honest thing to do. If it’s hardly notable don’t bother with it. It’s a personal choice. My stutter is bad enough that I mark it. But I’ve met stutterers who I couldn’t tell they had much of a stutter.
