Has anyone used the Stameri App and is it good?

Has anyone used the Stameri App and is it good? I recently downloaded the Stameri App as I was getting really conscious about my stuttering and wanted to do something about it. I signed up for the free trail and I've done 2 days of practice. Has anyone used it and is it good? Or should I consider other options eg therapy?
