Help I think I have a stutter

Help I think I have a stutter Hi all, So I've hit my head 4 times in the past 2 weeks, was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome on sunday, and my symptoms got worse throughout the week, had a brain scan today and all came back ok thank got. My speech has been slow for the past couple days and as of an hour or so ago it's developed into a stutter. I'm not sure if it will be long term but I am frustrated as I try to talk clearly but I still stutter, I am finding thus weird.
