I lost a job a few years back when someone at work imitated my stuttering to me on the phone verbatum. I didnt even want to report it because I know HR isnt your friend. I even tried to take the approach he might not understand I stutter. When I approached him in person after that and then he did it again. Didnt listen to me just repeated back what I said stuttering and another coworker was with him (these were middle aged adults). At that point I had no choice but to go to someone and report. Then I was canned, they tried to paint it as I was "too sensative"
