Difficult words

Difficult words Same as with other of us here ... I have difficulty with words that start with words - M, D , I etc. For example to say the word Mother . I just cannot stop my lips from going on continuing with the stutter and cannot say this word . Anyone has any techniques you guys use for difficult words . Please let me know !
