Hmm, well we're both not really people who would do something like getting someone fired. When he confronts people - which he does - he does it in a calm but confident manner, which I really admire about him. Like I said, he really is one of the kindest people I know. I think in this particular situation he was just too tired or emotionally preoccupied to react immidiately and I think I should have taken over. Yes, I will definitely talk to him about this. Thanks for your perspective :)
