I did go to speech therapy a few times and it did swem to help. Also I read books out loud to myself, and I worked on improving my mental and emotional health which helped a lot so I did stuff like working out, getting to bed on time, just generally taking care of myself and it helped my speach better. Also i put myself into situations that I was afraid of stuttering in to force myself to face my fears.
