What’s the best most effective speech therapy?

What’s the best most effective speech therapy? I’m starting my speech therapy journey and was wondering what’s been the most effective at achieving fluency? Also, do they take insurance? Or is there a fund/charity out there that will help financially? Has anyone tried online Zoom therapy? Breath work? Shame-fear-anxiety work? Has anyone been to that institute in Virginia where they hook you up to a machine for over a week. How did that go?
