I too recently went through a job search. It sucks. Phone interviews are the worst, and I'm pretty sure I lost a couple good opportunities because the dumb person on the other side of the line didn't understand compassion, patience, or speech impediments. Whatever. Don't sweat it. More opportunities will come along. I ended up getting offered a job later that week with a much better company. One thing I would suggest, though - when you start to get nervous and stutter on the phone, don't be afraid to interrupt yourself mid-stutter and explain to them that you have a stutter and how sometimes it takes a minute to get all the words out. It eases my tension and they will then stop interrupting you with those classic lines "what? Hello? I think the connection is bad"
