Severe blocks at work

Severe blocks at work So I work at a restaurant. There’s many instances where I block hard and can’t get out of it. Feels like I literally can’t move or breathe. For example, answering the phone has recently become very difficult for me. In the past, I had this “script” when answering the phone and had literally zero issues. I don’t know how but I somehow “lost” it and I will occasionally block hard when answering the phone. Can’t even get a single word out and it’s even worse when when I hear “hello?” on the other end. Another example is saying numbers. There’s certain numbers that are extraordinarily hard for me to say. Any number in the 50s is the hardest. Making that “F” sound is my biggest obstacle. Also, the 30s are pretty hard for me too. It’s that “th” sound. So let’s say I take a customers order and the total has one of those numbers, I just won’t say it and hope the customer doesn’t notice. And here’s the saddest part of it all. I know I block because of the fear and anticipation. When I’m relaxed and just talking to my coworkers, I pretty much have no issues. Same goes for when I’m playing games online with my friends… no problems. This mainly just happens at work. It’s so frustrating.
