Engineer here (currently unemployed but going on interviews). I think it is important to disclose that you stutter during the interview. Some people may not be aware of what is going on, and you disclosing does 2 things. a) let's them know that you have a stutter and clear the elephant in the room and b) shows them that you are comfortable as a person who stutters and that it is not a hinder to your job performance. 100% of the job interviews I went to were nice and professional about the fact that I stutter. They will only be uncomfortable about your speech if you are uncomfortable with it.
