It is very important to not be so hard on yourself. How bad your days are going can be a combination of many events or things. Draw a pie chart and reflect on what are some things that can be contributing to your bad day or period, with a percentage. You might find out some causes and then you can work on the things that are in your control. It helps you look at the bigger picture and set some goals or an action plan to remove the other factors, if not stuttering.
