Does anyone else feel like masks are a god-send for someone who stutters?
Content
Does anyone else feel like masks are a god-send for someone who stutters? I usually block when I stutter, and masks give me so much comfort. I feel like before when someone was able to see my whole face they would see me struggle to let out the block. Now with the masks, it is easier to hold onto the idea that people just think you are thinking of what you want to say. I also just feel more comfortable with people not being able to see my mouth when I talk.
