Hey. Yeah that's just a v small difference, no one in the industry works on those definitions afaik. It basically means the same thing, even thr top article on google says that they're used interchangeably. What you're talking about managing and helping with multiple teams etc, that's basically a Product/project manager, or an Engineering manager who basically leads other devs under them. Just focus on learning a stack you're interested in and apply for all engineering/dev positions.
