Don't have great answers to your questions so I'll comment on something related: Mention you stutter right away. Come up with a good line beforehand. My favorite was something like "sometimes I get nervous around pretty girls and I when I get nervous, I stutter so that might happen tonight". The best part was once I unloaded that, I was relaxed, and usually I stuttered much less for the rest of the date. I've been with the last girl I said this to for 14 months. Good luck!
