30 and I've still got my stutter, it's not something that I specifically pay attention to anymore but occasionally someone who doesn't stutter decides to comment on it. Biggest tip I can give is learn not to care about stuttering, the less social weight you give it, the less attention, the less hesitance the more fluent you will become. Note, fluent doesn't mean without a stutter here, it means able to communicate with others in a way that they don't care about your stutter. For me, performance degree worked to make me not care and now if someone calls out that oh no, I stutter -- then they seem to be the one out of place, because from my perspective (and social performance) it truly doesn't matter.
