You could start the presentation with “by the way I stammer sometimes which means I might take a bit longer to speak. Let me know if you have any questions.” It makes you seem confident and comfortable in yourself rather than ‘sorry I stammer so bare with me’ or making a self deprecating joke. Also opens up the conversation so other people feel less awkward asking questions and stuff.
