As another user said, it's coming from people being in different perspectives. If you overcame your stutter through hard work and persistence, a lot of the posts here are going to come across as whiny, defeatist, and melancholic. A lot of the toxic positivity comments are done from a space of wanting people to get out of those states and not to dwell on the negativity, lest they get stuck there. I def agree with you though.
