Having trouble beginning sentences, can anyone relate?

Having trouble beginning sentences, can anyone relate? I stuttered pretty bad when I was younger, I've mostly grown out of it now though. One problem that's stayed with me is the inability to start sentences, especially if I'm in a higher stress environment. I don't know if it's associated with certain letters, but it feels like I'm trying to cold start a diesel engine when I try to start a new sentence or speak after not speaking. Once I get going and actually talking I'm fine, I can go on without any stuttering, it's just actually starting the sentence, it feels like my voice box is paralyzed. Most of the time I just have to make a noise, like "uhh" just to kick start my speaking so I can begin what I actually wanted to say. Any thoughts? Ideas to help this? Anyone else experience this? Thanks example of what I want to say: hey man want to hit the weight room later? example of what I actually have to say just to actually speak: uhhh hey man want to hit the weight room later? don't know if that example helps or not but you're welcome lol
