I find phone interviews fine as you can prep answers and a short block is okay as they may just think you are thinking. If I have prompts in front of me or read scripts I rarely stutter. If you stutter badly then maybe let them know in advance so they don't think it is just nerves. an outgoing phonecall is a different story for me though
