I found best to kinda accept my stutter? I stutter and have dysarthia and due to a bunch of factors its kinda getting worse. It might be unpopular, I don't know, but I found that addressing the stress I have around speech and working on self acceptance helped my fluency, not typical, or 'good' fluency. I still stutter, but I'm not that cut up about it anymore and most days I barely pay it mind unless someone chooses to be a dick about it.
