Hi. I have been through how you feel and even now there are moments when I get anxious or depressed because of my stuttering. But here's the thing you can be an efficient communicator despite your stuttering. And truth be told most people don't pay much attention to our stuttering, at least, not more than we do. There are many components to a speech, besides just saying out the words. There's eye contact, body language, inflection, vocal variety, vocabulary, etc. Your speech is a sum total of all these factors. And if you can accept your stuttering and work on these other aspects of your speech then you can become an efficient communicator. I would suggest that you join a **Toastmasters** club near your place (https://www.toastmasters.org/Find-a-Club) and start working on these aspects of your speech. It would also help you to be confident in front of an audience.
