Well c'mon, to someone who doesn't stutter stuttering could be perceived as funny. Also people respond to different scenarios differently. Something as awkward as talking to someone who stutters is cringy and in of itself a funny scenario. Now I should say I didn't watch the video because i'm not in the mood for cringe at the moment.
