No one ever said anything to me, except one time on a zoom call where my anxiety was turned to 11 and I was blocking more than usual, and a superior said that I could write it on chat if I wanted to, which I took more as a sign of empathy really. Besides that, the only thing that affects my job is myself to be honest. I tend to limit myself because of scenarios that I make up in my head, but if I were to just don't care and face these situations, I think it'd be fine 99.9% of the time. I think what I'm trying to say is to not let stutter dictate your life. And also work on the mental health side of things with therapy if you can/need to.
