This is definitely the wrong question, but unfortunately shows we are on the wrong track regarding stuttering. Stuttering is analagous to bad vision and/or bad hearing. No one asks if bad vision and/or bad hearing can be overcome. They just use a prosthesis (eyeglasses/hearing aids) and the problem is usually manageable. Stuttering (bad speech) is pretty much analagous. Just use a stuttering prosthetic or voice changing therapy and the stuttering problem is usually manageable.
