i love running, i'm a big fan of exercise in general. it's my "shot of medicine" ... helps take the anxiety and the edge off for the day. have you been running for long? i remember it feeling truly exhausting at first. it might get better as you keep at it. while i run, my breath is pretty short, it can definitely screw up my speech but after i've had time to rest, i usually feel better than beforehand!
