Plz don't give any credibilities onto Lee Lovett and he is just a layman about stuttering who neither was trained in SLP nor achieved board certificates and his conclusions are very not evidence-based. Avoiding stuttering is an unrealistic and backfiring goal and substituting bad memories with fluent ones may just improve your mental state when u r talking but you still stutter cuz stutter is not a purely psychological disorder!
