I found my stutter gets worse with stress in some aspects. I worked two previous jobs (one in public accounting, and one at a very large corporation), and both environments were very toxic. After jumping ship into my current position, I have found the culture to be a lot better, which has helped a bit with my stutter. I didn't recall having much of a stutter in high school, but it started to come on after college/in the stressful work environments. I would say it has gotten a bit better, I just did speech therapy in the fall which helped me with some breathing techniques and trying to slow down and breathe. I'm from the United States. How about you?
