Been in one relationship so far which lasted for 4 years. We talked about it a bit, mostly since she was curious but it never affected relationship we had neither in positive nor negative way. Broke up later for different reason. I am assuming it can only get in the way of meeting new people. Most people who like you most likely won't break it off just because you stutter unless it something severe and gets in the way of communication.
