Thank you so much for saying that. You’re definitely not ‘scum’ just because you can’t get your words out. It’s a weird dilemma isn’t it - communication is central to the human experience. From how we pass down stories to how we communicate an impending threat. When you feel outside of this human transaction it can feel, quite aptly, alienating. How did you survive on the periphery, where all the ‘scum’ live? I feel like it’s so desolate there - can you go mad from only talking to yourself?
