How do you move on when you stutter? Whenever I stutter on a word, I’ll tend to have OCD and when I think of saying that word, I’ll like ‘check’ by saying it out loud. This behaviour fuels fear and so when i do have to say that word next time it makes it worse. So I want to let it those thoughts go which sometimes I’m able to do and I’ll be like ‘I’m stronger than that’ but sometimes it’s hard. I have to treat it like it’s not important but I can’t.. my brain makes it out to be catastrophic..
