No, but he was diagnosed with ADHD. We notice it still happens on vacation, when he’s in very unfamiliar places. It’s fascinating and I don’t have any answers after consulting with several speech therapists. They just keep telling me that some kids go through episodes of disfluency during developmental growth stages. Wasn’t helpful but I guess that’s all they know. Thankfully he no longer has this issue on a daily basis anymore- only in new situations.
