I'm a medical student. Propranolol is for mild cases and stage/performance anxiety. You seem to need more than that. So you can utilize SSRI's or SNRI's after discussing the issue with your psychiatrist. (Don't describe your situation like that, just describe your depression, anhedonia, etc.)
