I have four tips for you: 1. Practice 30 minutes of daily meditation . Simply close your eyes, observe your breath, and allow thoughts to pass without attachment, maintaining a mental distance. 2. Aim for 8.5 hours of sleep each night. 3. Practice smiling, stretching, and expressing gratitude daily. Approach everything with a smile and say 'thank you' sincerely. 4. Accept your stuttering and cultivate gratitude. Following these practices will calm your nervous system. If done consistently for 21 days, you may notice your stuttering diminishes.
