I remember doing in-person interviews before the internet. I knew the exact moment I lost the job because I could read the look on their faces after the first awkward and crushing block. But, it made me a more confident and persistently relentless person. The truth is, you have to have some really inarguable proof before you’ll ever win a discrimination suit. But, if you have arguable proof, you could always get a settlement out of court to just go away. Choose your relentlessness.
