I keep stuttering everytime I speak English, 1 week before our online class start what 2 doo

I keep stuttering everytime I speak English, 1 week before our online class start what 2 doo English is not my first language(its tagalog). So its pretty normal to stutter and gramatically error but im studying in a science school where english vocab is needed and important what to do. I dont know how to improve my speaking skills I tried apps/games that will improve it but I just got anger issues instead and im introvert so i'm really not into talking or what Do you guys have tips/things you did to imrpove it?
